Growwithkids currently ships products across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details (if available).

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

From time to time, Growwithkids may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID through email or SMS (depending on the courier partner). This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your package.

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as delays or damaged packaging, please contact us as soon as possible.

Growwithkids is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the package and product to assist with the resolution process.
