1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for replacement or refund.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Return Process

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for returns:

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
